I understand that by submitting this form I am registering my child (children) to the mommy and me pod and am committed to paying the agreed upon fees to Areyvut for the duration of 10 months September through June. The payment for the pod and membership is due on or before the 1st of every month. You may submit your invoices for reimbursement after they are paid. I will send a $100 deposit via zelle to am@ajelc.org to secure my place, this will be applied toward my first months dues
